Speaking of "you know the type," on Sunday, I was at a red light behind a pickup truck with a big made-to-order sticker on the back that said "Fuck Around And Find Out," followed by the image of an AK-47.
Now, up till August of 2021, I thought the acronym FAFO was clever and cute, but not anymore. The thing is, you can picture the owner of this vehicle the same as I do, and the image he projects and the image he thinks he projects are two different things. To this guy, that sticker (and the idea that he loves guns and threating people with them) makes him appear to be a confident, tough, badass not to be messed with.
But the truth is, that sticker just makes him look like an asshole. And a pretentious one to boot.
Hey, hey, before you get mad, I'm not saying that anyone with FAFO and the image of an assault weapon is an asshole. I'm saying that EVERYONE with FAFO over that image is an asshole.
