Tech stuff first. The embedded player worked fine, but the "Right-click to download" link doesn't.
I liked the story. I like the ending the way it was. I think there was enough there to understand what was going on. I think you handled it very deftly. You might have had the ex show up at the carnival in the beginning just to introduce her as a character rather than a reference. Some of the differences might have had more impact at the end. He could have been trying to avoid her etc.
I thought the "Sex with a Supermodel" booth was a bit implausible for a elementary school carnival, but it was funny.
As for a title, maybe "For A Good Cause"
